Products, Services, and Gift Donations are Requested

Work with your staff and board members as well as agency, vendor, concessioner, and local partners to donate items that aren’t readily available in your stores - be creative – ask for items that are unique! Popular items that receive top bids include food items, handmade crafts, and jewelry. Bidders also like items that are compact, unbreakable, and lightweight for easy travel or shipping. We're requesting all donations have a value of $50 or more.

Shipping Information: Attending the conference?  Please hand deliver auction and donation items to APPL Registration Desk or APPL Auction Desk in Trade Show Hall. Download label for item to be sent to APPL Management Auction Table/ Trade Show Hall

Auction Proceeds Support the APPL Membership

The Education & Scholarship Silent Auction is a focal point of the APPL Convention and generates an enthusiastic response from both attendees and exhibitors. Proceeds from the auction provide scholarships for staff and board members of APPL member organizations to attend the convention and trainings throughout the year. The Education & Scholarship Silent Auction will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 12-13, 2013 during the Trade Show hours at the 2013 APPL Public Lands Partnership Convention in Portland, Oregon.


Donor Acknowledgement

A donation to the APPL Education & Scholarship Silent Auction is a great way to promote your organization or company while helping to support the professional development of the APPL Community. In addition to having your donation displayed and bid on by convention participants, your organization/company will receive acknowledgment on bidding sheets. Donations are tax deductible in accordance with applicable laws.
 


APPL is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Copies of our current financial statement are available upon request by contacting the APPL office. Documents and information submitted to the State of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Office of the Secretary for the cost of copying and postage.
