More Retail Space – All exhibit spaces will be 10 ft. x 10 ft. and have three 8 ft. side rails, which enable exhibitors to maximize their display space without interference from neighboring booths.
Electronic Link from APPL website and other Publicity – Register early and have your company linked to APPL’s website. APPL is also giving exhibitor staff the option of being listed in the on-site materials.
More Aisles – This means more corner spaces (some at standard booth pricing - register early to take advantage of these spaces as they'll probably sell quickly)
Trade Show Reception – The Tuesday afternoon trade show reception will allow additional time for networking and socializing with buyers.
Silent Auction - Exhibitors are invited to donate products, services and other items to APPL’s Silent Auction that benefits APPL's Education Fund. The Silent Auction will be held in the Trade Show Hall during the Trade Show and gives your company addes publicity.
- Door Prizes – Exhibitors are invited to donate products, services and other iterms to APPL's Door Prize Giveaway. Door Prizes will be given at various events, including the Trade Show! Winners of door prizes at the Trade Show will be posted by the Silent Auction table. This is another fun way to give your company added publicity.
This is a tentative schedule that highlights events applicable for exhibitors. Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the Opening Reception, General Sessions, Buyer/Vendor Forum, and Closing Banquet to maximize your opportunities for networking and interacting with convention participants. All Exhibitor Activities, with the exception of the Closing Banquet are being held at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

Register Early! Pick the Best Booth Location! APPL members and organizations that contribute to APPL’s Vendor Support Program (VSP) are eligible for discounts, recognition and other special offers. Please note, that for an organization to be an APPL member, they must be a non-profit organization and must pay APPL membership dues. The Vendor Support Program (VSP) is designed for corporate organizations that partner with APPL’s members.

*VSP donations must be made prior to or at the same time as trade show registration in order to qualify for discounts. If your organization has not yet donated, you may do so online when registering for the APPL Trade Show.
Be sure to review the exhibitor contract and floor plan prior to registering online. When registering online, you must complete the entire process, including payment, in order to secure your booth space. If paying by check, your check must be received within 10 business days.
Booth registration includes:
- 10' by 10' space divided by three 8' pipe and drape side rails, 6' skirted table, booth identification sign, wastebasket and one chair per registrant
- Up to two complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per booth
- Link from the APPL website to your company’s website
- Listing of your company, show specials and activities on APPL’s website
- One Convention Directory, with participant and exhibitor lists, per exhibiting company.
- Opportunity to submit article (200 words or less) to APPL’s February e-newsletter, Newswire (must be submitted by email no later than 1/24/14)
- Opportunity to award door prizes and auction items to participants
- Exhibitor Meeting with Trade Show Coordinator onsite
- Buyer/Vendor Forum to network and talk with buyers

All exhibitors are required to agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the 2014 APPL Exhibitor Contract. It is recommended that you download the exhibitor contract and review the floor plan as a reference prior to registering online.
Online exhibitor registration is now closed. If you're interested in exhibiting please contact Amy Norris. When registering, you will need to enter a main contact for your booth registration - this person will receive electronic communications and confirmation notices and is responsible for sharing information with the appropriate representatives from your company. The main contact will establish a password and have the authority to edit the registration information and register exhibitors, prior to February 1, 2014.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by APPL's registrar no later than February 1, 2014. A $100.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellation notices and requests for refunds should be sent via e-mail to the Registrar by email or by fax to 304-724-3007. There are no refunds on cancellations that take place after February 1, 2014.
