Andra Adamson is the Sales Manager for Grand Teton Association and
has been with the organization for over 6 years. Retail is a passion
for her and she especially enjoys it in a national park setting.
Andra oversees all aspects of sales in over fifteen retail outlets,
specializing in merchandising, buying and human resources. Prior to
joining GTA she was the Merchandise Coordinator for a
concessionaire.

Steve Baldwin is the Executive Director of Black Hills Parks and
Forests Association. Steve has over 20 years experience with
Cooperating Associations as well as over 20 years experience in
private business.

Savannah Boiano is the Sequoia Field Institutes Education Director
with the Sequoia Natural History Association. She has been a
naturalist in Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks and has had
several years of experience running an environmental and outdoor
education program for a school district in California. In addition
to her background as a naturalist and educator, she has worked as a
backcountry naturalist-guide.

Curt Buchholtz has served as Executive Director of Rocky Mountain
Nature Association since 1985. He is former
member of the APPL board and president of the National Park
Friends Alliance, a confederation of some fifty nonprofit
organizations engaged in fundraising to benefit the National Park
System.

Carol Cole is the Partnership & Outreach Program Coordinator for the Sawtooth National Recreation Area in Idaho. Over the past 20+ years
she has worked with various agencies in interpretation,
environmental education, and partnerships. In her current position
with the US Forest Service she has worked on several regional and
national projects related to partnerships and interpretation.

Sally Elliman taught many years in the public school system before
becoming an elementary, middle school and high school principal. She
has served on the Board of Director's for Glacier Natural History
Association, now named Glacier Association, in West Glacier,
Montana, since December of 1997. Sally also has served on two
different higher education foundation boards of directors. She has
served on the APPL Board of Director's since 2007 and is currently
the secretary for the board.

Debbie Ketel has been the publications manager for Mount Rushmore
Society and History Association since 2003. Since then, she has helped develop
over 13 publications/products, the national award-winning Mount
Rushmore Audio Tour and numerous other free publications for Mount
Rushmore, including the park's newspaper which she designed for five
years. In addition, she manages the marketing for the association
and audio tour, including design of marketing and event pieces.

Charley Money has 20 years of experience with in nonprofit public
lands partnerships, serving as executive director of Alaska
Geographic since 1998, and previously working with both Golden Gate
National Parks Conservancy and Western National Parks Association.
He was a member of APPL’s board of directors for eight years,
including service as the association’s president from 2004 to 2008.

Nicki Phelps, Director of Visitor Programs and Services for the
Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, has over 20 years of
experience in large scale project management and earned income
ventures. She currently oversees several programs and service
divisions with combined staff of 80.

Beth Pratt is director of environmental affairs for Xanterra Parks &
Resorts at Yellowstone, where she develops sustainable business
programs for the concessionaire's operations. She joined Xanterra
after nearly nine years as vice president and chief financial
officer for the Yosemite Association. Her environmental career began
in private business, implementing a successful recycling and
waste-minimization program. She has extensive experience in
strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting, human
resources, and operations management. She is also a certified LEED
AP.

Laurel Rematore is Executive Director of Mesa Verde Museum
Association. Prior to joining Mesa Verde in 2008, she was Yosemite
Association’s Membership & Development Director. Under her guidance, YA’s
volunteer service and new member acquisition programs
achieved record-breaking results. Prior to her work in
Yosemite, Laurel had an extensive career at Lockheed Martin,
serving in a variety of employee relations, staffing and
recruitment roles, systems engineering, and coordinating
operational teams.

Kimberlee Riley has worked with Jefferson National Parks Association
since 2001 overseeing their retail and development operations as the
Director of Programs/COO. Before joining JNPA she spent 8 years in
museum retail and scientific publications distribution at Missouri
Botanical Garden and 7 years of buying, importing and retail
business analysis with the Anheuser-Busch Adventure Parks. She has
more than 20 years in themed commerce operations where she has
gained extensive experience in product development, marketing,
budgeting, human resources, operations management and visitor
services.

Tessy Shirakawa is Chief of Interpretation at Mesa Verde National
Park. She has more than 30 years experience working within the
National Park Service and partnering with cooperating associations.
She has collaborated on prize-winning publications and products,
including serving as project manager for the award winning
centennial book Mesa Verde: The First 100 Years by Mesa Verde Museum
Association.

Brad Wallis has 28 years nonprofit and business experience, having
served as Executive Director of both the Grand Canyon Association
and Canyonlands Association. He business experience includes banking
and finance. He has served as the President of APPL, a board member
and treasurer of the Association of Partners for Public Lands as
well as other nonprofit associations. In addition to presenting, he
has served on several nonprofit operational review teams.

Rich Weideman, Chief of Public Affairs at Golden Gate National
Recreation Area, has participated in the development of the current
and past NPS Tourism Policies. He acts as the tour and travel
liaison
with an extensive tourism community in San Francisco and
California.
