2009 Trade Show Contract

APPL’s Vendor Support Program (VSP) contributors and  APPL members  are eligible for early registration, discounts, recognition and other special offers.

  • VSP Benefactors / APPL Members receive a $200 discount per booth purchased
  • VSP Sponsors receive a $90 discount per booth purchased.

Space is not confirmed until payment is processed. Show Management will hold space for ten business days from your registration date or until January 23, 2009, whichever comes first.

Trade Show Registration closes on January 23, 2009 or when all booths are sold, whichever happens first.

 * VSP contributions must be made prior to or at the same time as your trade show registration in order to qualify for discounts and early registration. You may contribute online when registering for the APPL Trade Show. For additional VSP information contact Nancy Kotz at 301-946-9475 ext 224. 

Trade Show Package Includes

  • Choice of premium, standard, discounted or table top exhibit packages
  • Premium, standard and discounted exhibit packages include a 10’ by 10’ space divided by pipe and drape, 6’ skirted table, wastebasket and 1 chair per registrant and two exhibitor registrations
  • Table top spaces include a 6’ skirted table, wastebasket and 1 chair per registrant and one exhibitor registration
  • Exhibitor Registration includes a nametag for each exhibitor to gain admittance to Trade Show Hall for set-up, show times and tear down
  • Identification Sign
  • Link from the APPL Web site to your company’s Web site
  • Posting of your company, show specials, author signing, demonstrations and applicable giveaways in the on-site materials
  • 2009 Convention Attendee and Trade Show Exhibitor Lists
  • Opportunity to submit article (300 characters or less) to February Newswire
  • Opportunity to award and announce door prizes at booth
  • Opportunities to learn more about the public lands community and network with buyers through special exhibitor educational sessions

If you do not have access to the Internet, are paying by purchase order, need to cancel all or part of your registration, contact APPL’s Registrar directly by phone at 240-379-7072; e-mail registrar@ptfassociates.com or fax 240-379-7080. All e-mail correspondence should have APPL Trade Show in the subject line. Cancellations to all or part of your registration must be made in writing and addressed to the Registrar no later than January 23, 2009 and you will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
