Put your organization’s logo in the hands of
all convention participants and guarantee that it is seen
throughout the duration of the week. The bags are also a
popular take-home item that attendees use after the
convention, providing additional on-going exposure for your
organization throughout the year. Involve your staff and
gain even more visibility by helping to hand out the tote
bags during registration hours on Saturday and Sunday.
|
|
Convention Name Badge Holders |
$7,500 |
|
Attendees wear their badges the entire
convention week, so your organization’s logo will be front

|
|

$1,000 (Maximum of 6 sponsors) |
|
Get the attention of attendees by providing

company in their convention tote bags. Preferred convention
tote bag gift items include, but are not limited to, a pen,
mints, lip balm, thumb drives, reusable travel mug,
disposable camera, water bottle and holder. Sponsors are
responsible for providing gift item in addition to the
sponsorship amount. Sales collateral material cannot be
accepted. Specific quantities and shipping information will
be provided to sponsor in late January.
|
|

provide funding to sponsor audiovisual equipment that aids
in the quality educational program we have planned and have
